Perspective

So Bryson got his favorite candy bar in his stocking for Christmas, a Mr. Goodbar. He pulled it out yesterday, peeled back the wrapper, and broke off a piece. Then he carefully wrapped it back up and stashed it away. Watching this Carson said, "Dude, you still have that? I thought those were your favorite candy bars!" To which Bryson replied, "They are, that's why I'm just eating a little bit here and there, so I can make it last longer." Carson said, "No, when something is your favorite, you just tear it open and eat it all at once becuase you're so excited to have it and you love it so much."
A perfect example of how differently my boys look at life. Neither wrong, just different perspectives.
Definitely describes their personalities! Love it!!

that was so my sister and I growing up and even now. she would hold candy for months! naturally, I side with the idea of eating it all as fast as possible. totally understand that logic.

Love it! Isn't it funny how so many personalites can exist in the same family?!:) Sadie is the one who saves her "favorite candy bars" and Porter is the one ho eats them as fast as he can.
How old are your boys now? I'm not sure wha I would do with a bunch of boys but Porter wants a brother so badly so I hope our next is a boy. I love to hear what you guys are up to!:)
