I handed my 4 yr. old the toys r us Christmas toy book while i took a quick shower and said, "Look through here and get some ideas of what you want for Christmas. There's some cool toy story lego sets and action figures and matchbox car tracks....
He handed the magazine back and with one eyebrow raised said, "I'm a little too old for that stuff, don'tcha think?"
I want a guitar. A cool one that looks like lightning.
He's 4.
I said, "you can't have a guitar yet. You have to have action figures and matchbox cars for a few more years first. Get back to me about an electric guitar in about oh, 10 years."
