What does 3 in baseball mean for us?

It means no more sit down dinners.
Too much fast food.
School night bedtime goes out the window.
Playdates exist only at the baseball field.
Date nights exist only at the baseball field.
Setting the alarm extra early to get homework done.
The washer runs at least once daily.
A daily mad scramble to locate socks, cups, and matching belts.
A cupboard designated entirely to Gatorade and water bottles.
The back of the suburban is well stocked with chairs, blankets, sweatjackets, scooters, and whiffle balls and bats.

It also means,
Seeing old friends from past teams.
Giant pickles and popcorn.
lots of sunflower seeds
and lots of bubble gum.
And getting real dirty!
